The tonnage of the extruder is calculated based on the extrusion force, and the tonnage indicates the extrusion force. Common ones are 500t, 630t, 800t, 1000t, 1200t, 1800t, 2500t, etc. The larger the tonnage, the larger the aluminum profile that can be produced, that is, the larger the diagonal. Simply put, the larger the size of the extrusion machine, the larger the diagonal of the aluminum profile it can produce, as shown in the figure: the size of the discharge port of the large extruder and the diagonal requirements of the extruded profile.
